Ladies, Get In! Check Out The 8 Signs Your Man Will Never Ever Stop Loving You
You know your man is a keeper, but the word ‘forever’ still leaves you with doubts. Men can be subtle in their approach at showing love, but there are 8 clear signs that the man who will never stop loving you will show without you even realizing it.
1. He’s fully committed to you and your relationship
This does not mean he is there for only the good times, but he is there through all of the bad as well. He does not run out after a small fight or intentionally tear you apart with his words. You are so important to him and he would never let anything get in the way of that.
2. He does the little things
When you have a busy day ahead of you, he tries to lighten the load by making the bed, cooking breakfast or dropping the kiddos off at school because he knows that is what you want. He may not love taking out the trash or folding the rest of the laundry for you, but he does it without complaint.
3. He wants you to love yourself
He can sense when you think you are having a bad hair day, when you feel fat, or when you feel worthless and will be sure to point out all of the things he loves about you. He thinks you are so beautiful but knows that you need to think so as well. In the end, he will do whatever he can to make you see yourself as the gorgeous girl he will always love.
4. He showers you with love
You want the moon; he’ll give you the moon. He listens to your work stories, makes dinner when you are tired and will occasionally give you a nice massage when you are feeling sore. He treats you like a princess because you know what, you are one!
5. He makes your problems his problems
Seeing you in pain causes him pain. Your frustrations, your worries and your issues keep him up at night. All he wants to do is fix them for you so that you won’t hurt. He hates that there isn’t anything he can do but promises to be by your side no matter what.
6. He doesn’t avoid conflict
If something is bothering him about the relationship he will bring it up in a respectful manner. He does not want to avoid the subject, but wants to clearly elaborate his feelings and let you know that he is doing it out of love. He genuinely wants your relationship to succeed and is willing to work through anything.
7. He laughs with you, not at you
He may be a sensitive fellow, but he will not intentionally make you feel bad for a mistake you have made. You know if you have made a mistake and what it will do to him. He may not shake it off right away, but he will laugh with you and cry with you if that is what you need.
8. He hates hurting you
He may laugh off your mistakes, but he handles his own very differently. When he causes you pain, he will do anything to make it right. Until he truly feels he has fixed it, the pain will weigh heavily on his shoulders.

Recession: N’Assembly to send 8 passed Bills for Buhari’s assets
ABUJA—FOLLOWING the current hardship being experienced in the country, occasioned by the ongoing economic recession, the National Assembly has said a total of eight bills already passed were on hand to be forwarded to President Muhammadu Buhari for assent.
Special Adviser to the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, on Media and Publicity, Yusuph Olaniyonu, who disclosed this in a statement, yesterday, said the eight passed bills were received from the House of Representatives by the Senate for concurrence and onward presentation to the President.
“The Bills, which are aimed at strengthening the laws of the Federal Republic, were considered and passed in a single sitting of the Senate, demonstrating commitment to employing all legislative mechanisms at its disposal to end the current economic recession in the country, “the statement said.
The statement added:” The Bills that will be presented to the President soon include the Telecommunication and Postal Offences Act (Amendment) Bill, National Crop Varieties, Livestock Breeds (Registration) Act (Amendment) Bill, Produce (Enforcement of Export Standards) Act (Amendment) Bill, Prevention of Crimes Act (Amendment) Bill, Water Resources Act (Amendment) Bill, National Agricultural Land Development Authority Act (Amendment) Bill, Bee (Import Control and Management) Act (Amendment) Bill and Agricultural and Rural Management Training Act (Amendment) Bill.”
The statement emphasised the importance of the Bills in ending Nigeria’s economic contraction and stated that the Bills would be promptly forwarded to President Muhammadu Buhari for his assent.
“By now it is clear that the Senators take Nigeria’ economic situation very seriously. If you recall, one of the points from the 21-point resolution passed by the Senate on the economy stated that it would fast-track all economic related bills. What this Senate has done is match its words with its actions.
“The eight Bills, which are all primarily amendments to existing laws, are aimed at strengthening the enforcement mechanisms in sectors of the economy that can help boost Internally Generated Revenue.
“Important highlights of the Bills include the amendment to the Telecommunication and Postal Offences Act, which is aimed at increasing some of the prescribed penalties, fines and compensations for non-compliance with the Act. This is intended to help boost investment and participation in the telecommunications sector.
“Additionally, the National Crop Varieties, Livestock Breeds (Registration) Act (Amendment) Bill, Produce (Enforcement of Export Standards) Act (Amendment) Bill, National Agricultural Land Development Authority Act (Amendment) Bill, Bee (Import Control and Management) Act (Amendment) Bill, and the Agricultural and Rural Management Training Act (Amendment) Bill are all aimed at bolstering the standards in Nigeria’s Agricultural sector to help the country achieve more economic diversification,” it further stated.
Meanwhile, the Senate President, who is the Chairman of the National Assembly, has stated that the eight bills will be promptly forwarded to the President for assent.
“Moving forward, Nigerians can expect that the legislature will adopt a united and efficient approach to getting Nigeria’s economy back on track.
‘’We will quickly forward these 8 Bills, which have been passed by both Houses of the National Assembly to the President.
‘’This is only a first step and we will continue to work to ensure that at the end of our tenure, Nigerians will see that this is a people-centred National Assembly,’’ he said.

IGP decries ‘alarming rate’ of cybercrime
The Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, has described as alarming the rate of cybercrime in Nigeria.
The IGP also attributed the increasing trend of cybercrime to greed.
He spoke during Interpol Cybercrime Training for Practitioner Investigators from African Countries held in Abuja on Monday.
To curb the increasing trend and outsmart the perpetrators, Idris noted that he has established a Cybercrime Unit within the Interpol National Central Bureau in Nigeria that will tackle the challenges of cybercrime down to local government level.
He also disclosed that efforts are being put in place to equip the unit with the tools and techniques to boost its capacities in fields such as IP crime enquiries, identity fraud, online tracking of suspects, electronic crime scene investigation and the forensic examination of computers, computer networks and mobile devices.
Speaking on the cybercrime and essence of training, the IGP, who was represented by the Deputy Inspector General of Police in charge of Force Criminal Intelligence and Investigation, Hycent Dagala, said “investigating offences in the cyberspace has assumed a major policing requirement in Nigeria and I guess other jurisdictions across Africa.
“Cybercriminals have enjoyed a long start ahead of law enforcement agents and inflicted serious injuries on the citizens we are sworn to protect. While we continue to grapple with traditional methods of policing, emerging trends in crime now deploy new skills and technologies. We must in turn, therefore, develop new ways and methods to adapt to current challenges.”

We’ve not reached promised land yet at 56 – Obasanjo
Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has lamented the stunted and impaired development of Nigeria, 56 years after attaining a state nationhood.
Obasanjo said Nigeria is not yet where it ought to be at 56 but expressed the hope that the sundry challenges bogging the country down would be surmounted.
He spoke on Saturday during a lecture organised by the Youth Fellowship of the Owu Baptist Church, Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, as part of the church’s activities to mark Nigeria’s Independence anniversary.
The elder stateman said leaders and followers, should “accept responsibility” for the fate of the country and “stop passing the bulk.”
“Our development is impaired, it is not what it ought to be but we must get it right. We must all accept responsibility, we must stop passing the bulk.”
Delivering his lecture on the topic: “Nigeria Development for Nigerians by Nigerians,” he declared that the development of the country must not be left with Nigerians alone but should also include foreign investors and friends of Nigeria.
According to him, those interested in assisting the country in its developmental efforts must also be encouraged to help it.
Obasanjo identified unemployment of educated Nigerians as one of the major factors threatening the peace of the country.
He also identified peace and security, education, food, sanitation, shelter as well as transportation as some of the ingredients for measuring development.
The former Chairman, Board of Trustess of the PDP recalled that when he completed his secondary school education at the Baptist Boys High School (BBHS), Abeokuta, he was offered jobs by five different establishments, including the United Africa Company (UAC) and Moore Plantation, Ibadan but lamented that a different situation prevailed today in Nigeria.
He also recalled during an interractive session how the famous industrialist, Alhaji Aliko Dangote, few years ago, told him that six PHD holders were among applicants who applied to become truck drivers in his company due to the unemployment situation in the country.
“Unemployment is a major problem in the country today and if we don’t take care, it will consume all of us, in fact, the rising unemployment is a time bomb.”
“The high rate of unemployment is responsible for youth restiveness in the country. The situation should be tackled with all the seriousness it deserves before it get out of hand.
“There is no other way we can develop except, engaging in agriculture business, it is the only business that can generate the number of employment we need.
“That is why we have to take it (Agriculture business) as a key of our development else the many educated Nigerians who have no job are like time bomb, sooner than later, it will explode,” Obasanjo said.
Obasanjo challenged the church to pay attention to both the spiritual as well as the physical well being of their congregations.
He noted that the church’s attention appeared to be focused only on the spiritual aspect of the congregations, explaining that he had seen the recession buffetting the country two yeas ago following the recklessness of the immediate past administration regarding the country’s resources.
He said his warnings and advice were largely ignored but concluded, Nigerians “cannot continue lamenting.”

Geri Alimi underpass will decongest chaotic traffic, add aesthetic value
Kwara State Commissioner for Works and Transport, Alhaji Aro Yahaya, has explained the state government’s decision to embark on the construction of Geri-Alimi Diamond Underpass, Ilorin, the state capital, which was flagged off on Tuesday by Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed.
Speaking on the need for the Split Diamond Interchange, Yahaya said the project became necessary in view of the growing population of the state capital, resulting in traffic situation within and around Geri-Alimi.
He added that the project will meet the needs of current and future road users in the state.
The Commissioner explained that the influx of people into Kwara, particularly Ilorin, prompted the state government to come up with the idea of the Split Diamond Underpass to ease human and vehicular movement within the metropolis.
He said that as the first contact for the people visiting Ilorin from the southwestern part of the country, traffic at Geri-Alimi usually gets busy especially in the morning and evening thereby causing gridlock for hours.
Yahaya stated that the project, when completed, will not only decongest the chaotic traffic situation along the axis but also add aesthetic value to the area, as it is an engineering and architectural masterpiece.
According to him, a police post, traffic light system and a Close Circuit Television Camera (CCTV) will be provided at the roundabout to ensure 24-hours adequate security in and around the area.
He added that a walkway for pedestrians will also be provided while the road that extends to General Hospital, Ilorin and the airport will also be upgraded.
The Commissioner said that the project, which is in three phases, is expected to be completed in the next 18 months. He disclosed that the state government will unveil more developmental projects in coming weeks.
Yahaya also revealed that the asphalt plant recently acquired by the Kwara government will be commissioned next week, after which the Ministry of Works will embark on massive rehabilitation and reconstruction of major roads across the state.

Edo election: Group rates police low on welfare
A non-governmental organisation, CLEEN Foundation, has expressed dissatisfaction with what it described the inadequate provision of welfare packages for security operatives mobilised for the September 28 governorship election in Edo State.
The group made this known on Friday in a preliminary statement on the conduct of security agencies during the poll.
No fewer than 25,000 personnel of the Nigeria Police and 1,900 military officers were deployed across the 18 local government areas in the state to provide adequate security and to ensure a peaceful exercise.
The Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, had also said the Federal Government had approved funds for the welfare of the affected personnel, which he said would be paid into their personal bank accounts.
But the observer group noted that the fulfilment of the assurances given by the federal government fell short of expectations, as many of the security operatives on election duty looked “pale” and “famished,” and complained of the absence of their feeding allowances.
The Senior Programme Officer of the foundation, Mrs. Chigozirim Okoro, noted that while most of the officers complained of having to pay their way to their duty posts, some of them sought financial assistance from passers-by.
Okoro explained, “For instance, a military man was seen holding a bottle of water, which he said was the only thing he had all day and which he confirmed was given to him by a passer-by. Most of the officers complained of having to pay their way to their duty posts.
“We observed that many spent the previous nights in open primary schools in and out of town, without feeding allowances. This makes them increasingly vulnerable to compromise and should be addressed urgently.
She, however, commended the conduct of the security personnel at the wards and units during the poll, including the rescue of observers from alleged attacks by political thugs in some local government areas, for filming electoral offences.
“Reports from across the areas observed indicated that most security officials on election duty carried out their duties in a very professional and commendable manner. They were alert, impartial, approachable and coordinated,” she added.
Among other recommendations, the group called for the prosecution of electoral offenders and urged the Independent National Electoral Commission to resolve all issues concerning the malfunctioning of the card readers during elections.

Giant dinosaur footprint discovered in Mongolia desert
One of the biggest dinosaur footprints ever recorded has been unearthed in the Gobi Desert, researchers said Friday, offering a fresh clue about the giant creatures that roamed the earth millions of years ago.
A joint Mongolian-Japanese expedition found the giant print, which measures 106 centimetres (42 inches) long and 77 centimetres wide.
One of several footprints discovered in the vast Mongolian desert, the huge fossil was discovered last month in a geologic layer formed between 70 million and 90 million years ago, researchers said.
It was naturally cast, as sand flowed into dents that had been left by the creature stomping on the once muddy ground.
The footprint is believed to have belonged to Titanosaur, a long-necked dinosaur, and could have been more than 30 metres long and 20 metres tall, according researchers.
“This is a very rare discovery as it’s a well-preserved fossil footprint that is more than a metre long with imprints of its claws,” said a statement issued by Okayama University of Science.
The Japanese university has been involved in the study with the Mongolian Academy of Science.

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has described his team’s hectic fixture list as a “poisoned gift”.
Mourinho’s men are set for a busy run after the international break, with five matches in 13 days.
And the former Chelsea boss, whose team beat Zorya 1-0 in the Europa League on Thursday, has hit out at the schedule, singling out his side’s clash with Liverpool on Monday October 17 for particular scrutiny.
“Well, we could play Liverpool on the Saturday, we could play Liverpool on the Sunday, but we play Liverpool on the Monday [October 17],” Mourinho said.
“So maybe we don’t have the best conditions especially because we play against two top Premier League teams that don’t play in European competitions.
“We have this kind of poisoned gift of playing on the Monday that creates a very difficult situation, but we want to try to qualify for the next round.
“It’s a long time to go, almost a month, but we want to try so we play against Fenerbahce with a team with the possibility to beat Fenerbahce.”
United sit third in Group A after their win, a point behind leaders Fenerbahce and level with Feyenoord.
Mourinho feels there is little he can do about the fixtures, saying: “I think it’s impossible. The poisoned gift is already there.
“So what can we do? We have to just play on Monday and then Thursday and then Stamford Bridge on the Sunday.
“But before that we have Stoke, so let us concentrate on Stoke.”
